Mediation Could Save You Thou$ands

Mediation is a process whereby parties self-determine the outcome, essentially creating solutions that are suitable for wills & estates, educational conflicts and family disputes.

Mediation will benefit your children, yourselves, other parties and key stakeholders reaching a mutually beneficial documented confidential agreement.

Generally, a first mention in the Family Court could cost you approximately $10,000, and that’s just the first mention!

The Family Court judge will make a judgement based on the written facts in front of them and precedent in law.

Therefore, the determination may not be at all suitable for you, your children or stakeholders participating.

The difference between the court process and mediation is that the mediation process is confidential, fair, equitable, calming, non-judgemental and you decide what is best for you and your children.

When working with Gill, you will find safety and security in her professionalism, integrity, knowledge and confidentiality.
